Bad service

Am very dissatisfied with this cellphone provider MTN..I have a contract with them got ****** last year May called them they blocked my phone and sim card the number which is blocked is *** fine I don't have a problem paying my contract as per agreement but I do not accept that when they decide to add data usage etc which I do not use they do that without notifying me and I have to just be surprised by their statement the money went up for what I don't know

I cannot wait to finish up my contract and close it this was the worst service provider I had to deal with especially with prices that just go up without notifying client.

Am even telling all my family members to Close their contract's with this service provider hope this matter will be resolved as am not happy
