Bad service

Good day ive tryed to apply for a cellphone contract at MTN in Uitenhage eastern cape they sayed i can get a cell phone contract up to R2500 but i only want a contract on the Samsung Galaxy Note10 as im still waiting for feed back they have change everything and told me i can get a sim card contract thats not what i want i phone them they told me i must take the sim card contract.
