BAD SERVICE

I opened up a new application with MTN, the delivery was today and the courier required the OTP for him to hand over the parcel, it took at least 15 minutes for the OTP and when the driver put it in it expired. He then requested a new one which came through 5 hours later. Im ****ed off! I took time off to be available for delivery, I can't even speak to a human because you go around in circles on the IVR! This is pathetic service. I'm a new customer and I'm going through a **** load with you guys!
