Bad service

We opted for a double deal a32 the cashier was struggling to get the deal she told us we should walk around the mall so long because she didn't want us to wait so long in the store when we came back thinking that deal is done because we were told that it was a double deal but it wasn't it was on two server ate contracts meaning we had to pay more the contract was done on the 6th of Jan we only received the data the 27th and they pulled of the 31st of Jan and we were told first payment is due the end of Feb

We went into the store cashier had no after market service she was very blunt with her explanations she told us that it mustn't suppose to be like that and she said there's nothing she could do about it we asked for a manager she said the manager could do nothing about it and if we reversed the payment our account would be blacklisted , we wouldn't receive any data and our account would be in arrears
