BAD SERVICE

took a contract phone 2 months ago and I Went into the MTN Store in Randfontein @ Tambotie mall to see if I can do a sim swap from my contract number to my preapid number as I dont want to use 2 phone, however the lady misunderstood me and she did a sim swap on my contract number which has always been active. then I asked her to reverse the changes because its not what I requested. then she called the manager and she just responded to the lady was helping that I must pay for the sim swap or else I will not be able to us the existing sim card on my phone and this means I will also forfiet my montlhy benefits. therefore I am so unhappy how this was handled as the lady misunderstood me and nothing could be done. however they can cancel the contract or reactivate my number so that I can get benefits as I pay on a montlhy basis.
