Bad service

21/10/2021 I went MTN ilanga mall in Nelspruit to do a Sim swap as I have fail doing it with their customer service and was told to go to the nearest store only to receive the poorest of service because a male consultant did not want to assist as me as my phone was no longer on contract, after going from piller to post was to go to a Pep store to buy a Sim card and the guy consultant collects the documents needed for the Sim swap and told me to insert the new Sim card yesterday at 18H00 to my surprise Sim swap has not been done, I called the customer service to find out the Sim swap has not been done and I should return to the store
