Bad service
I communicated with MTN on facebook that there is a xtratime time pop up on my phone. During the day I don't mind the pop up, I can just cancel it, but this pop up will appear at night while I sleep. My back light stays on and it drains my bty. They told me I must go put off the marketing option and the said they will switch it off when that didn't work. Thing is it's still happening. When my alarm goes off in the morning I can't get access to my phone because that pop up makes my screen freeze. This is a huge inconvenience and I have asked for help numerous times but still nothing. This is now really a waste of my time. I DONT WANT A LOAN!!!!

24 Jul 2020, 08:58Did you even read what I said above. I was told to do that. IT DID NOT WORK! MTN said they will do it....STILL IT DID NOT WORK. This morning again my bty was drained because of this. Who must I call that can actually do their job????
