Bad service

Im so disappointed they are my service provider for the last 25years,my account has been suspended due to transactions on their side without my knowledge and i had to pay for it now this time my debitorder payment dont reflect on their side but ut has been deducted from my account and again my account is suspended best of all is that they dont compensate for the inconveniences that i goes through and now it my problem to prove their mistake
