Bad service

I app**** for a contract with Vascoconnect thinking it's MTN. I ordered two devices and decided to cancel one. I was advised that I should return both devices in order for them to cancel and get another device. It's been two weeks of calling MTN and Vasco connect without getting any Joy. Can Vasco connect just cancel the contract and debit order because they took back the devices. As for the staff at MTN rude and ***********. I have been with MTN for years but now I think it's about time I go join another service provider. Anyone thinking about taking a contract with MTN think twice because the after service it's bad. All I wanted was to keep one device and continue with my contract. I emailed the MTN complaints department no one got back to me three days later.
