Bad service

I have just called MTN, Spoke to a lady by the name of Silvia Hevelt who was surely never interested in helping me. It was about OTP's that I don't ever get at all. Usually OTP's take anything from immediate to 15 min, I stand to be corrected. To prove that she never wanted to help me, I had to sign in on the MTN app, which then sent me an OTP, I would have loved for her to do something, anything, take my number, log a ticket if needs be. Instead she actually told me that an OTP takes anything from 2Hours to 24Hours. An OTP never takes that long. Please do something MTN, or u will lose customers, which u already r.
