Bad service

7th i called MTN customercare to blacklist IME number and obtain ITC for insurance claim i was told the phone is not in my name i must go to the store with proof of payment and box and ID they will be able to assist.i went to MTN campus square Barry told me he can't find it in their system i must call customer care i went back spoke with the manager i filled a blacklisting form i call in leave my number she never gets back to me went to the store she would promise to get back to me itc.
