Bad service

Upgrading my contract on the 6/8/2024. Delivery scheduled for 13/8/2024. When I follow up with courier company I was informed my application was cancelled. When you upgrade online the delivery time state 1 to 3 working days. On the 13/8/2024 I had to redo the whole application again just to get informed delivery will be between 5 to 7 working days, really MTN you can't tell my why my first application was cancelled and now I need to wait even longer. Got my contract and guess what it still have my old contact numbers on after I have chsnged it with the consultant that assist me with my second time application. This is not on.
