BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!

I’ve been experiencing the worst service from most of your consultants, each time we call to be assisted they will take you pillar to post, I called in today Around 19:45 and spoke to a lady by the name of Boniswa she asks for my number I give it to her then she tells me to call back after 30 minutes Because her system is giving her a problem so I then do as she had instructed but there was no answer so I’m assuming she knew that they were about to close and yet again I’m still not assisted and I also called yesterday and spoke to some rude guy by the name of Abongile, he was not willing to assist me and was not helpful, he spoke to me as if he was forced to even assist me, I’m not happy with the service we get from MTN, some of the staff members are horrible and will make you regret ever being with MTN, I’m disappointed and can’t wait to finish my contract in December so I can cut all ties with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been with MTN from 2016/2017 to date but I think it’s time to go to a service provider that values their clients!!!!
