Bad service

Friday the 24th of march I bought 60GB(everyday data for 30 days) till to date i haven't received anything. I have been calling them since yesterday but nothing has been done thus far, I've been asked to switch on and off my phone for 15 minute but still there is nothing. I am unable to do my work because of this. Guys this is not the type of service we expecting when we call the Customer service. We use our own money to buy products I am very upset and disappointed with the service.
