Bad service

I'm very disappointed in this company because it made me pay for four years for a contract i didn't even upgrade . I was handed over then when I got the paid up letter mtn said i had upgraded. I kept on calling to do a follow-up and requesting for a refund but they've been taking me to pillar to post .
