Bad service

I have been an MTN client for more than 30 years, I am so unhappy with the service regarding my daughter's upgrade that I am contemplating switching service providers, thus leaving MTN. I have struggled to get any help for almost a month now. I keep on phoning daily but still no joy. Between MTN and DSV no one helps. Everyone just passes the ball, I have not received the handset yet.
