Bad service

I can't believe the bad service from MTN. Upgraded on a Black Friday special and waited 4 weeks as they didn't have stock. It finally arrives by courier yesterday but my biometrics failed. It had to go back to the warehouse and I am still waiting. What a waste of resources. Not sure when I will get it as I haven't had any more communication from the courier or MTN.
