Bad service

I had the worst experience after being a customer for almost 10 years. May 2020 I called to ask for an early termination this amounted to R514.06 excited I paid this amount. I asked if this was the only amount I needed to pay the answer was yes. I was called by other mtn agents confirming this cancellation. This was reassuring me that this indeed was sorted.
