BAD SERVICE

SIM SWAP`S: On the 6th of March 2015 at 17.30 the afternoon I got a SIM SWAP request and I immediately went to MTN Office at the ModiMall in Modimolle to reverse it. The line was busy but at 18h00 I get hold of the people after I phoned 173 and talked with Alden and he reversed the SIM SWAP. On the 12th of March I again got a SIM SWAP request *** and after I phoned MTN, the SIM SWAP was sucessful and I lost my number and R460 airtime. My phone was switch on again on the 13th (after 24hours) after I talked to a lady in Durban (Jane) from MTN. I again put R180 airtime on my phone and again this morning at 1.58 I got a SIM SWAP request. I immediately try to report it to MTN, but they told me that it is off line because of maintenance work from 11 last night up to 6o clock this morning. The Ref nr is ***. At 4 this morning the SIM SWAP is being sent to the network for processing. How could it happen? They told me here at MTN that only 1 SIM SWAP can be done in 2 months time. Who will pay back all the money (airtime) that I lost in the process??? I am an Estate Agent and lost a LOT OF BUSINESS. Will MTN pay the loss of bussness????
