Bad Service

I am quite disgusted with MTN service. I recently communicated with them around my contract that had terminated but was told by 3 of their people that I can continue with the contact with the same benefits but on a month to month basis. Obviously that did not happen and I was being billed for something that I did not agree to. I wrote to their complaints department and received a response but their response did not address the complaint. I sent another email and they completely ignored me. I am actually not surprised after reading the negative reviews they have on this platform.
