Bad service
Good day. For the past 2 days ive been struggeling to get a hold of mtn or any mtn consultant.
My contracts phones has been suspended yesterday. For no reason what so ever. I need to pay my account on the 11th of this month but yesterday my phones got suspended. I cant get a hold of any consultant.. they dont asnwer their emails and even the whatsapp chats dont work. I cant phone sent smsse and my bisness is going down the drain cause my data on the phone i cant use. I cant contact my clients nothing. All the shops are closed due to the lockdown. So what must i do?. I cant acces the app cause my data is part of the suspension.
So what the hell must i do?
Please assist me asap please.
