Bad service

I've been trying to get a settlement letter from mtn retention for a long time now,they keep telling me that my account is paid up which i am aware.even after telling them what is the reason behind my request is they are not responding to my emails. I spoke to a Simiso Buthelezi and he decided to ignore me.
