Bad service

I have struggling with internet Connection since last year. I did everything they said I should do, still no solution. Debit order goes off monthly uninterrupted but I receive no service from them. I am lucky 8 get Connection for an hour and thereafter it's down again. I have confirmed coverage with them, so that is kot an issue. I am so frustrated. I am dependent on this service for my work and school work. Big let down
