Bad Service

I am having a contract with MNT but they have been deducting money monthly but yet they say i am owing them for 3 months and they blocked my phone now am paying for something that is not working. I went to them many times with statements but they not even willing to assist. Am not happy at all and i will never ever take or buy anything from them they servics are very bad.
