BAD SERVICE

I would like to complain about the service I received from MTN for the past 2 months as I've been trying to cancel my MTN contract numerous times. Every time I ask them to cancel they try to sell me a better product but to cut a long story short after numerous phone calls to 808 and MTN Direct head office they agreed and confirmed that they will cancel the contract as soon as I hand the phone in at the nearest MTN direct store. Just to find out that the closest MTN direct store is 60kms away. I've arranged for the phone to be taken to the direct store at The Glen. However upon arrival I was told that head office never made a note on the system for the phone to be returned and the contract to be cancelled. Thus I'm still sitting with a phone that I'm not using but paying for I need MTN to keep within their promise and to send phone back to warehouse and to cancel my contract with immediate effect at no cost, as this was already requested and confirmed in beginning of February.
