Bad service

This supplier have suspended my account from the 3rd and up to today 14/10/2024 H have tried all channels, all departments, all I get is promise and no results. Manager's or team leaders don't even phane you back to o inform you as to where the problem is after they promise to phone. Thandiwe Hlongwewane don't respond to my mail, Akona Mbaqp don't even phone you back. So to phone customer care or accounts department is a waist of time
