Bad Service
I am very disappointed in the MTN SA. I paid my account off and after doing that I wrote an email to them to close my account. They then told me my account is closed. Just recently in January thy deducted a fee of R600 at i was under the impression that my account was fully. I am very much disappointed in your services. I want this account closed

01 Mar 2024, 20:32After so many several calls I made to mtn in order for them to stop debiting my account but thy still continue, - I was told that mtn will investigate my issue and provide feedback even today I'm stil waiting but my money is going ??????????? ( January was deducted n now is February)
