Bad service

I logged a query on the 28/7 regarding CLI and got this ref: Yello Customer!! Your Order has been Submitted with Order Ref no: ***. Thank you for using MTN , the 30th I received this ref Yello Customer!! SR # : *** Reference number: *** Thank you for using MTN I was initially told the turn around is 24hrs and when I called after the 24hrs was told it’s 72hrs now it’s going for a month and this query is not resolved!
