Bad service

I went to Mtn Evaton Mall branch to book my phone for repairs but when I got their I was assisted by a trainee. She said she can't assist the supervisor is off sick. I asked her to call for advice she said she can't do that. She called one of the consultants from the backoffice by Sibongile of which she gave me a bad service and she asked to go to the nearest branch, my nearest is Evaton. Even the first time I bought the I reported the bad service but it wasn't resolved till today by through manager. My number are ***
