Bad service

This company is really terrible, They called me for a data deal and my application was successful. After 2 weeks without delivery, I called them only to be told that my application was cancelled. I asked for a reason however the consultant dropped the call. I have been trying to call but they just drop the call as soon as you request for a reason why your contract was cancelled.
