Talk about inconvenience at its best. What kind of circus is this the agent "Nhlanhla says I need to go to the Branch to unblock my phone I call they say it takes 72 hours for them to receive emails Now im a joke coz amazingly today Nomusa says she cant open attachments 4rm the email. Does MTN really think my life revolves around running around for them to their job This has to be the worst client service received! these agents deserve a trophy for not knowing they what they are supposed to be doing at work because they don't even know who does what when. Thanks for nothing!!!
