bad service

I went to MTN Westgate Roodepoort to do a lost sim swap on Saturday and took my ID and proof of address and was promised everything will be done by Sunday 9.30am, I am still not sorted and I am being inconvenienced by not accessing my cell number I have tried calling customer care but I cant speak to an agent and tried calling the branch but the number is not even ringing.
