Bad service

I experienced a bad service from someone working at Mtn. I called asking for a puk a number and she kept telling me that I'm on loud speaker whereas I was not and she decided to drop the call on me while I'm explaining to her that I will try to change position maybe it's network I'm in the villages struggling with network but I needed assistance from Mtn with the puk code for my other number she was shouting at me
