bad service
I purchased an Iphone 5c via contract through Mtn in February 2014. I damaged my headset and requested MTN to repair it cause I pay insurance of R140.00 monthly. In total I pay +/- R500.00. My headset was damaged and booked into repairs in October 2014. The phone was barely a year old at time. It has been a struggle to get answers pertaining to the whereabout of my phone. I find it appauling that I have been without a phone that I pay R 500 for, for the pasted 6 months. I want my phone back, my insurance cancelled. and to be honest I would like to port my number back to the best service provider so far which is VODACOM!!<br> As their customer I am willing to collect my phone unrepaired...and will like all the insurance payments made to them so far. I am on the line with them right now and I am still not assisted. I have been on the phone for the passed 25 mins. this is appauling and unacceptable. What a disgrace.....To everyone out there who is with MTN you need to change service providers immediately they are robbing the public.
