BAD SERVICE
Upgrade done phone delivered after 5 working days. Promised activation of aim. Get home, no network so obviously the sim was not activated so I phone 808. Was told \they\" cannot assist I (me the customer for 15 years ) must phone another 083.....number. this is automated service which clearly stated 2-72 hours to activate. GUESS WHAT! NOTHING DONE. I have my new phone and can't use it because once again the service promise by MTN is questionable. I am so dissapointed once again! It took me 4 months to decide to upgrade when I could have cancelled 1 of my 4 contracts and MTN dissapointed Me AGAIN! "
