Bad Service

A contract for cell was *****ulently open under my name and bank details and when I query it was requested to send affidavit and Id. Did it and received ref number back and mentioned in email that response will be in 24 hours. When blown a gasket and got hold of person her response is, " sorry sir our turnaround time is 21 working days". My advice stays away from MTN South Africa. It is an excellent non-existent service.
