BAD SERVICE

MTN (Somerset Mall Store) is giving me the runaround. My phones been booked in for repairs in December 2019. When I inquired at the store in January 2020 I was told the workshops was closed over the festive season. I started receiving sms's from company mid January saying phone is with them etc. Phone is ready for collection but nobody want to take responsibility and see to it that my phone is collected from company and delivered to the store. THIS IS PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE AT ITS BEST. Nobody seems to answer my calls or emails. Not even MTN HEADOFFICE.
