Bad Service
My phone has been due for an upgrade. called them and they said they would find out and get back to me. I went into store and Ramona and the manager Beverly , she said she would call me back and it has been 3 weeks and they will not get back to me they do not phone me and every time I call them they are not available or they say that they will call me back. I am paying for this contract and I still do not have any answers to when i will get my new phone as my old phone with MTN is broken. <br> <br> They have made apparent changes to my new contract and I could not get any social media like my facebook on my old phone. my main complaint is poor customer service and no response from MTN. this is not acceptable and I seem to get no clarification to when I will get my new phone or any help regarding it.
