Bad Service

I bought Samsung J1 screen protector from MTN Galleria on 30 January 2016. The box outside display the screen protector similar to the phone but the actual screen is not similar to the phone and it doesn't even fit properly to the phone. Jerry the store manager told me that there is nothing he can do because it is not his fault, but the supplier. His behavior was very bad and unsatisfactory. He said he cant refund me but the till slip says faulty accessories will be exchanged.
