Bad Service

I've just been to MTN Fourways Mall to book my phone for repairs i.e. for unlock pattern issue for MTN to complete wipe the details off the phone. Since the phone was bought a 3 months ago, broke the box, contract and the phone.<br> <br> The lady by the name of Mary could not book the phone in, due to the fact that I did not bring a charger with.<br> <br> I phoned the repairs centre, which confirmed that the phone can be booked in if the issue is not the power. The consultant did not even want to listen to the MTN repairs person stating that she is assisting another customer and that is they cannot take what the repairs centre is saying since the MTN in Fourways is a Franchise.<br> <br> I dont see why see could not take the phone as it was on, the couldn't even assist beyond that. Such unacceptable service as I had all my details, the box and the contract, are they telling me that I cannot get assisted, or the phone cannot be booked in due to a charger that can be lost at any given time?<br> <br> When I told her what the repairs person was saying on the other end...i.e. if the issue is not the power she can book the phone in, Mary's response was ''the particular MTN is a Franchise''.
