Bad service

I am sick and tired of your services ,your network is pits . I have a router with you guys and I’m paying R350 monthly and get 100 Gig day and 50 Gig night .I never use the data because of the connection where I stay , it used to work just fine but now there is no use for MTN I even contacted network support few months ago and I was told it’s because of the power outage in the area that caused the issue as one of the towers has no battery 🔋 but they are working on that . Seemingly they never bother to get new batteries 🔋 because I am still experiencing network issues with MTN . Terminate my contract immediately if you are failing to fix your network… the ***….. I’m using a different number for calls ***
