Bad Service

On Saturday 25/09/2021 at Nelspruit Ilanga Mall Mtn Store,I got a bad service experience,I came to the store to upgrade my contract and I got something related to bad service lack of product knowledge even the staff doesn't know what they talking about worse is that I didn't get a great service I cannot recommend mtn as a customer centric there is no care this is not a right thing after all my money is gone not in a way that I'm not happy thinking to change
