bad service!

So i have two contracts with MTN, one for myself and one for my wife. My wife contract has expired so i got no notice that it was about to expire. When my debits went off this month i realised it was about 4 times the price. i called them but had no luck with reversing the money. Then i spoke to one of the mtn champions last week thursday the 4th February 2021 regarding upgrading both the numbers. He offered me a deal for a iphone SE2020 with 50gig data an 500minutes and sms's. He mentioned it was a black friday deal that was still available. i asked him to call me back the next day so i can ask my wife if she is happy with this contract which she was. the next day the mtn champion called me back and asked me if i had made up my mind regarding which contract i want. i then told him i want the SE2020 deal he offered me. he then kept avoinding the deal and offered me other deals. i told him i want the iphone deal he offered me. he said hell have to check stock. after a few minutes he said he cant offer me this deal because he didnt have stock. then kept trying to give me more expensive deals. i have the champions name and reference number for the recorded call. today i spoke with another person at mtn and mentioned they cant find the deal the first guy offered me but also notified me that they do indeed have stock. please assist me with the upgrade for the deal that was offered to me. and also reverse the amount of money deducted from my account which i didnt ask for.
