BAD SERVICE

MTN bad service I have been following up on my query that I have been log 22 December 2020 without no assistance..I have been to store trying to pay my account only to find out I am owing R19000 that I don't know is coming from I tried to get clarity where that Money coming from they still say they are investigating for how long ....when I call them they say the will get back to me when the query is be resolve but the deactivate all my line ...I am surprised where would they find me because all my lines are closed cannot receive calls and SMS.. I am not happy with MTN they are cheating me..
