BAD SERVICE

So back in 2020 someone did ***** in KZN using my profile with MTN how I do not know after that I went to MTN they did nothing at all no one contacted me until today it’s 2 years later when I tried online application they told me that I have an outstanding amount to pay while my contract ended with them in 2019 for an iPhone 6, they do not care about their clients at all I am so disgusted about their bad service, at Centurion mall MTN store I asked the guy to give me contract that was signed by the person who did ***** with my profile he refused that so what more should I do with MTN🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
