Bad service

I have app**** for a contract on the 08 of August, than I receive a call from their consultants and she told me I have been approved I will receive a phone within 10days. I have since waited been calling them and they would still say I will receive soon. Today I called them and the lady I spoke with her name is Phindile said they have no stock with a very bad attitude.i felt like they don't take me serious I have canceld the contract and I'm verY very upset they have waisted my time.
