Bad service
Good morning please help me. I phoned Mtn today regarding the cancelation of the contract I have with them which ended on the 16 December. To my surprise I was informed that I needed to give them a three months notice. But my argument is why now and when we agreed upon the contract I was told I will pay for 24 months so why now they tell me I must give them a notice. What is puzzling me is the the amount R800 for cancelation is more than the money I was paying for contract R658. I'm not happy this is day light *******

10 Jan 2024, 09:30Good day with no response from Mtn want to inform them that, I will reverse any debt order they try to take from my account. I phoned Mtn to say we have reached the end of the 24 month's contact.
