Bad Service

I was owing MTN and I was called my they third agency to pay and I paid them .

Once I paid I called the legal department .

I called them and they said I was finished with paying the account they can see the payment and they will send a notice for cancellation and after send a paid up letter.

A week a two ago they claim I’m still owing them ?excuse me?after I followed up and asked you the outstanding amount and your call centre agent from legal said it was paid up?

I would like all recordings of my calls to MTN and find out how do they give they customers false information about they contact amounts .
