Bad Service

Mtn is failing to assist its clients. been trying to get hold of MTN legal department for months to get my name cleared as i have settled their account. Even people at MTN call center do not have MTN legal numbers.I have settled my account and sent proof of payment to Tshepiso Moletsane and Zola Matshoba but to date i am still getting call from a very rude collector working for MBD. Can someone assist me as this have became a frastating experience from a service provider. My number is *** and references from previous communication ***1 and ***1.<br> Honestly speaking i am personally disappointed from MTN and wish management can do something before it is too late for the brand.
