Bad service

What an irritating service 🤮🤮you go there to get help but all you get is their long ques then you don't get any help...I went to do a sim swipe in southgate mall all I got is a bad service after waiting for so long in their line...I will be using telkom and vodacom shame I don't want Mtn with their stupid bad customer service
